The distribution medium of most DCS is usually chilled water. Condenser water can also be the distribution medium, while the central plant is made up of the cooling towers or heat rejection equipment. In such systems, each building has individual chiller plants but without cooling towers or heat rejection equipment. This system would be suitable for existing building clusters, as each building is already equipped with chiller plants. Supplying condenser water to these buildings would allow the building owner to get rid of the cooling towers and reduce their maintenance effort and eliminate the risk of legionnaire’s disease arising from inadequate maintenance. Poor maintenance would also lead to high potable water consumption.
The centralized heat rejection would facilitate more cost-effective operation of these plants that may become more attractive with rising potable water costs. Figures 1 and 2 show a typical schematic of a condenser water-based DCS with indirect seawater cooling and thermal storage that can be implemented in Singapore. In addition, the condenser water distribution system is significantly lower in cost as compared with chilled water-based systems. Condenser water pipes usually do not require insulation and can be directly buried underground with no concern about heat gain from the soil, as the condenser water temperature is usually higher than the soil temperature.

(1) For assembly in public entertainment place, protection for earth leakage current must be done to any final circuit which supplying the power to any equipment in the mean of providing services to public can be accessed, used or operated by the public by using residual current device which have rated balance not exceeding 10 milliampere current operand;
(2) For assembly at the place where the floor will get wet or if wall or low electric resistive siege, protection for earth leakage current must be done to any final circuit which supplying power to any equipment, either separately, or in group, which have current operand rated balance not exceeding 10 milliampere;
(3) For assembly if equipment, apparatus or equipment hold with the hands used or probably used, protection for earth leakage current must be done to any final circuit, either separately or in group, with residual current device have current operand rated balance not exceeding 30 milliampere of.
(4) For assembly, other than those mentioned in subregulation (1), (2) AND (3), protection for earth leakage current must be done to any final circuit, either individually or in group, with residual current device have current operand rated balance not exceeding 100 milliampere unless ;
(a) on functional reason, it is not practical to make that protection; OR
(b) it would be unsafe or dangerous to make the protection.
Does the RCD can avoid someone from electric shock ?
There are many factors that determine someone is safe from electric shock and one of the factor is the period of shock affected and electric current flow. RCD is designed to jerked to cut off the supply when it achieved the limited rate. It cannot be guaranteed to save someone from electric shock and therefore, other electric protection system in electrical wiring system should also be given more attention. However RCD helps to ensure that the electric shock is a painful experience and not bring to the deaths.

Does the RCD need to be tested ?

In that situation, switch all electrical equipment off including light and others. Switch the RCD on once again and switch all the equipment one by one until the RCD jerked again. Separate the equipment. If the situation occurs although the equipment are apart, please contact electric wireman who is registered with Energy Commission to fix the damage.
2. If RCD is switch on and it still jerked even after all electrical equipment is switch off, then there are possibilities of continuous imbalance between input current (life) and output (neutral) inside the circuit. Whole wiring system need to be checked. Please contact electric wireman who is registered with Energy Commission to mend stated damage.
How to protect electrical equipment from damage caused from lightning ?
Lightning is a phenomenon where a high electricity is generated in very short period. It can cause the damage of equipment which have electronic component. RCD does not provide protection from high voltage caused by lightning.
Lightning protection system must be installed to block the generated energy from entering the electric wiring system at home.

At the early morning of today, as usual i drive to office by using the same road Saling-Senai. But this morning is bit rainy. It's okay. I still capable to catch the all objects and i drove smartly and slowly. So the possibilities of causing accident is became bit lower.
But sometime the trouble-maker is not without doubt and fall to car driver. Sometime the motorcyclist is also need to hold some responsibility. Their careless and overbearing attitude would caused the accident occurrence. Why can't they just take their responsibility and road with had been set on highway and in town-road, they shall just run at the left lane. If they run in the middle road or right lane, we, car driver are hard to notice their existence especially in emergency time.
Just like at the morning of today, it is rainy morning. So the seeing-ability became harder and blur to motorcyclist and car driver. I saw some motorcyclist are drove without caring about car existence. It is absolute harmed their own life.
So i hope all motorcyclist would pay attention on this issue as this is regarding to your own life.
Since the day of my father's leaving, i seem like became the clown to my mother. I was acting nothing to face my mother. I have to keep smile on face everyday. Even i was in problem, i am also need to act normal and with good temper to reply all of her question and even i need to eat more which to show my support to her and to her effort of making dinner. No matter how busy i am, i must go home as earlier as i can which needs to reach home before 7.30pm to calm my mother and send her out. Most of time you will say to me that she's alright to walk out. But i can't make myself to out of worries. I had lost my father. I don't want to lost my mother.

Today is one more day to my father's death anniversary. Time flies so fast. My father had leave us for a year already. Actually i am missing everyday. I had a long time didn't talk to my father since i went to KL. I felt very regret upon this issue. So i tried hard to build the good relationship with my mother and brother now. But it seems doesn't easy to achieve a good relationship among family members.
My mother is changed so much i felt. She doesn't look so serious and important on money affair now. She became more tolerable. Although sometime her temper is still maintained. But afterall, she did changed. I feel very happy. Because it could ease the rebuilding process.

I went to Honda, Nissan and Toyota showroom yesterday and made a compare against City,Vios and Latio. City is nice and attractive in term of design and performance. I had test drive. The interior of the vehicle is sport with solid. I like it very much. City isn't run luxurious style as Latio does. But about it's solidness is the main point of attraction. I feel the structure of the entire body is strong. So i think its safety aspect is made perfectly. Whereas its engine performance, i haven't much comment on this issue. Because i just normal drove the car. But the handling of vehicle, i believe it's realiable. Because the steering is quite tight. So when i am in high speed, it would be an addition safety guard to my life.
About the Vios, maybe it's in economic class. So i couldn't found any special and attraction from it except the exterior design. Whereas about its interior design is quite simple.
About the Latio, actually i like this car too. Just the concern is the second hand valua and performance. I am afraid it doesn't strong enough as Honda city does.
